Workflow
• Data collection: Operators hold SHARE3DCAM three-dimensional laser scanners and scan in the substation equipment area to obtain high-precision three-dimensional point cloud data of transformers, circuit breakers, busbars, insulators and other equipment in real time.
• Data management: Import the collected data into point cloud processing software to automatically complete trajectory calculation and coordinate fusion, generate color point cloud data and 3D Gaussian models, and perform equipment contour extraction, safety distance calculation and deformation analysis.
• Application delivery: Import the model into the substation digital twin management system to provide accurate data support for equipment inspection, safety monitoring, renovation design and accident emergency response, forming a closed loop of substation operation and maintenance data application.
