 To register as a SHARE user, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and created password. In certain cases, data from third-party accounts linked to our application may also be collected.

Collection of Location Information and Experience Optimization

We will only collect your location-related information after obtaining your explicit authorization and consent, which specifically includes:

Coarse location information: Regional location (e.g., city-level) obtained through the device's network status (such as Public Land Mobile Network ID (PLMN), IP address);

Precise location information: Accurate longitude and latitude information obtained with the assistance of multi-source data such as GPS, Wi-Fi hotspots (BSSID/SSID), and base station information (CellID) after you enable the device's location permission;

Contextual location data: Location-related data generated by combining device sensor information (such as gyroscope, acceleration sensor, etc.), which is used to optimize positioning stability (e.g., location calibration in handheld LiDAR devices).

We strictly adhere to the principle of "collecting only what is necessary and sufficient" when gathering location information, and such information is solely used for the following service optimization purposes:

Basis for function iteration: Statistics on the frequency of function usage in different regions are collected to prioritize the iteration of functional modules that meet regional needs, thereby enhancing the relevance of services;

Diagnosis of abnormal issues: When you report positioning abnormalities, we can quickly identify the cause of the problem and provide accurate solutions by combining the location logs (including location change trajectories and signal environment) you have authorized to provide.

Your location information is only temporarily associated with your device identifier and used for the current service scenario. If it needs to be used for long-term function optimization, we will de-identify the data and remove the associated information related to personal identity;Standalone location information cannot identify you. It is only regarded as personal information when combined with account information, and will be strictly protected in accordance with this policy;If you refuse to provide location information, it will only affect location-dependent functions such as personalized recommendations and precise positioning, and will not affect the use of basic services such as account registration and product purchase.

Product Use and Updates

To help you quickly locate the products and services you need, we may collect information about your usage of our products and/or services (including personal information from third-party applications you use), such as location information, interest preferences, adjustment habits, operating system and application version, language settings, segmentation, and network provider ID (PLMN). We use this information to optimize product functions and offer better services. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information.

You can choose to provide feedback on our products and services. We ensure that any feedback you provide is only used for the purpose of improving our products and services. If you agree, the feedback you share may be displayed as part of publicly available evaluations. However, we will not disclose your identity or link it to your feedback. This includes product model, order type, order number, purchase time, delivery tracking, applicable taxes, and other related details. Payment Transactions

When placing an order, you can choose to pay through a third-party payment institution that collaborates with SHAREUAV Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Payment Provider"). The payment functionality itself does not process personal information. However, we will provide necessary details such as your order number and payment amount to the Payment Provider to facilitate your successful transaction.

Delivery of Products/Services

To ensure the successful delivery of your purchased products and/or services, we may share relevant information with third-party logistics companies cooperating with SHAREUAV Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Logistics Companies"). This information may include order details and delivery addresses. The Logistics Companies are strictly prohibited from using this information for any purpose other than completing delivery.

We will also track and confirm delivery status. If you encounter issues with after-sales services, you can authorize us to communicate with the Logistics Companies to assist in resolving delivery-related issues.

Identity Verification

According to the "Notice of the People's Republic of China on the Classification and Grading Management of Ground Control Stations of Satellite Navigation Augmentation Systems", to ensure the proper use of SHAREUAV Ltd. products and services, you may be required to provide identity verification information (personal information such as a real name, ID number, business license, company name, company address, contact person, contact phone number, business location, and business-related identification).

Customer Service and Dispute Resolution

When you contact us for after-sales service, dispute resolution, or contract termination applications, we may require you to provide necessary personal information to verify your identity and protect your account and system security.

To address your complaints or resolve related issues, we may collect information from your correspondence/communication with us and relevant content (including account details, order information, and any other information you provide for verification). If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use your account details to contact you for follow-up and resolution.

 After you request the deletion of your personal information, we may not immediately remove the corresponding data from our backup systems but will delete it when the backups are updated.

For location information, you can choose from three authorization modes: "Allow only while using the service", "Allow always", or "Deny". If you withdraw your consent or authorization, we may not be able to continue providing the corresponding services or features. However, withdrawing consent will not affect the processing of personal information previously authorized.
